Return Policy/Terms and Conditions For Our Online Tests and Software
There are no returns for any of our online tests or online software for any reason. Once you purchase and online test or online software, you will then get an email within 1-24 hours. This email will not be coming from 911HotJobs.Com. It will be coming from the publishers of the software (i.e. – Knightlite or Rapid Fire). The email will be sent to the email address that you provided when you placed the order. If you do not get the order after 24 hours, please contact 911hotjobs.com. There will be no refunds if for some reason you do not get the test/software email within the 24 hours time limit. Please email us if this happens. We will then assist you in getting the email. Here are some important notes of the online tests and software:
1.) The tests work only on Windows computers. They do not work on mobile phones or tablets. It is your responsibility to use the software on a working computer. Our tests and online software have been sold to thousands of test takers with no technical issues. We will assist you if you have any problems, however, there will be no refunds given if there are any kind of technical issues with our tests and your computer.
2.) Sometimes the email that the publishers send you will be delivered to the SPAM folder. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not get the email within 24 hours. There will be no refunds if for some reason you cannot get the email. It is also your responsibility to email us if you do not get it. We always respond within 24 hours to help you. If for some reason you do not get a response from us, it your responsibility to follow up with us with more emails. If you still are not getting it after multiple re-send attempts, we will have you log into a special email online to retrieve the test. We will double check this special email to make sure the test is in the inbox.
3.) These tests are not the actual manuals. They are questions based on the actual manuals.
