Synopsis

About the Authors

Dr. Zendzian has been involved in testing and measurement for over 25 years with several consulting firms. He has served on a Governor’s Commission overseeing the development of police academy training programs and certification, as well as being involved in the development of professional certification programs for a state Department of Corrections. Accompanied by a team of experienced law enforcement and public safety professionals, Dr. Zendzian has conducted numerous tutorial programs for entry level and executive promotional positions. He is a graduate of the New York City Police Academy, and also holds a Ph.D. from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. In addition, he has been employed for 30 years as a college professor in criminal justice, law enforcement, and leadership & management studies. Dr. Zendzian has testified in both federal and state courts as an expert witness on the subject of test design and development.
