About the Authors

He is a graduate of the New York City Police Academy, and also holds a Ph.D. from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. In addition, he has been employed for 30 years as a college professor in criminal justice, law enforcement, and leadership & management studies. Dr. Zendzian has testified in both federal and state courts as an expert witness on the subject of test design and development.
